Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Jr. Executive / Executive - Administration to join our team in a reputed garments manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will support daily administrative operations, ensure smooth office functioning, and assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. This position requires coordinating entertainment and hospitality activities for local and foreign guests, buyers, and visitors in the garments factory.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day administrative and operational tasks of the factory and office premises.

  • Assist in planning and coordinating entertainment and hospitality arrangements for local and foreign guests, buyers, and visitors.

  • Maintain records, files, and documentation related to administrative activities in an organized and confidential manner.

  • Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth execution of guest-related activities.

  • Assist in organizing official events, meetings, and training sessions.

  • Support the HR and Compliance departments during audits and inspections.

  • Support logistics arrangements including venue setup, refreshments, transportation, and accommodation assistance.

  • Any other administrative tasks assigned by management.
