Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure proper documentation and compliance with customs regulations for import/export activities.
∎ Assist in the classification, valuation, and assessment of duties and taxes on imported/exported goods.
∎ Handle customs clearance procedures, duty exemptions, and special trade arrangements.
∎ Maintain and update customs-related records, licenses, and permits.
∎ Oversee bonded warehouse operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
∎ Conduct internal audits on bonded goods to verify stock, inventory movements, and documentation accuracy.
∎ Assist in preparing necessary reports for customs and regulatory bodies.
∎ Ensure adherence to bonded warehouse policies, minimizing risks of penalties or non-compliance.
∎ Prepare for and support external customs and bond audits like UP & UD collection.
∎ Identify compliance risks and suggest corrective measures.
∎ Work closely with internal and external auditors to address customs and trade-related issues.
∎ Ensure compliance with international trade agreements, tariffs, and bonded warehouse regulations.
∎ Communicate with customs authorities, regulatory bodies, and government agencies regarding audit matters.
∎ Coordinate with finance, supply chain, and legal teams to ensure smooth customs and bond-related operations.
∎ Assist in resolving any customs disputes, audits, or queries efficiently.
∎ We are looking for competent personnel for the post of "Jr. Executive- Custom & Bond" for the Argon Spinning Ltd. located at Nizampur, Fakirabad, Hobiganj Sadar, Hobiganj. the incumbent must have initiative, experience & the drive to deliver high-quality results.
