Job Responsibilities:
∎ Interacting (Inbound/ Outbound call) with customers in response to their queries or complains.
∎ Interacting with different teams to faster the resolution process.
∎ Identify & resolving customer's complains.
∎ Escalate unresolved issues (tickets) to concern team & follow up.
∎ Live chatting with customer over web/WhatsApp.
∎ Reply customers query/complain on FB page.
∎ Ensure SLA time.
∎ Ensure service quality.
∎ Reply emails.
∎ Daily reporting.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
