Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com/MBA in any discipline from a reputed university with good academic record and partly qualified CS
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent communication skills, both in English & Bengali
∎ Organize meetings of different Committees and the Annual General Meeting of the association
∎ Communicate with the Board of Directors and others respective members
∎ Assists CEO for overall management and ensure compliance in line with govt Guidelines and other relevant rules;
∎ Prepare and publish Annual Report within the prescribed time limit;
∎ Well conversant with relevant laws as well as other important issues of Primary textiles;
∎ Perform any other job assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 years' secretarial experience out of which 1 year as a company secretary or equivalent position in any Organization (Preferable in Textiles)
∎ Must be smart, energetic and to work under pressure;
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills;
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Good compensation package may be offered to the deserving candidate.
