Qualifications:

  • Professional Certifications such as PGD in HR will be highly preferred.

  • Additional courses or diplomas in Industrial Relations, Labor Law, and Organizational Development would be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in administration and human resource management, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior HR role.

  • At least 2 years of proven experience within a similar trade organization preferably in the textile and apparel sector.

  • Extensive knowledge of HR practices specific to the textile sector, including recruitment, training and development, performance management, and employee relations.

  • Demonstrated ability to implement effective organizational development strategies to enhance workforce productivity and efficiency.

  • Experience in organizing and facilitating multi-stakeholder meetings, seminars, etc. will be an added advantage for the candidate.
