Education:
Master’s in Business Administration/Public Administration or a related field from a recognized university.
Qualifications:
Professional Certifications such as PGD in HR will be highly preferred.
Additional courses or diplomas in Industrial Relations, Labor Law, and Organizational Development would be an added advantage.
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in administration and human resource management, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior HR role.
At least 2 years of proven experience within a similar trade organization preferably in the textile and apparel sector.
Extensive knowledge of HR practices specific to the textile sector, including recruitment, training and development, performance management, and employee relations.
Demonstrated ability to implement effective organizational development strategies to enhance workforce productivity and efficiency.
Experience in organizing and facilitating multi-stakeholder meetings, seminars, etc. will be an added advantage for the candidate.
