Job Responsibilities: Logistics Manager

1. Plan, manage, and oversee all logistics and supply chain operations of the school.

2. Ensure timely procurement and distribution of school supplies, books, uniforms, and equipment.

3. Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of stock and materials.

4. Coordinate transportation services, including school buses and drivers, ensuring safety and punctuality.

5. Supervise maintenance of school facilities, equipment, and vehicles.

6. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for purchasing and maintenance services.

7. Monitor and control logistics costs while ensuring quality service.

8. Ensure proper storage, handling, and distribution of materials.

9. Support the organization of school events, programs, and examinations by arranging necessary logistics.

10. Maintain records of purchases, deliveries, and service agreements.

11. Ensure compliance with school policies, safety standards, and regulations.

12. Handle emergency logistics needs efficiently (e.g., transport issues, urgent supplies).

13. Coordinate with administrative and academic departments for operational support.

14. Monitor cleanliness, security, and overall facility readiness.

15. Prepare reports on logistics activities and submit to management.

16. Uphold discipline, professionalism, and (if applicable) Islamic values in all operations.
