Job Responsibilities: Science Teacher

• Plan and deliver high-quality science lessons in line with the school’s academic standards and curriculum.

• Teach core science subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, and Biology according to the assigned grade level.

• Prepare detailed lesson plans, teaching materials, and practical activities in advance.

• Conduct laboratory experiments and demonstrations to enhance students’ understanding of scientific concepts.

• Ensure proper use, maintenance, and safety of laboratory equipment and materials.

• Assess, evaluate, and monitor students’ academic progress through tests, assignments, and examinations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and attendance.

• Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific curiosity among students.

• Provide individual support and guidance to students who require additional help.

• Create a positive, disciplined, and engaging classroom environment.

• Integrate modern teaching methods and technology to improve learning outcomes.

• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and areas for improvement.

• Participate actively in staff meetings, professional development programs, and academic planning.

• Organize and support science-related activities such as science fairs, exhibitions, and projects.

• Uphold the reputation, values, and standards of the institution at all times.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the school authority.
