∎ Must be able to communicate in Japanese language verbally and in written. N1 level Japanese language proficiency (we require practical ability, not the certification)
∎ Must have skills and experience in IT development and management, preferably in web development

Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Bridge between our parent Japanese company and the development team in Bangladesh
∎ Communicate with the management and members of our Japanese parent company to understand the requirements and report work progress and issues
∎ Convey the requirements to the development team in Bangladesh and make necessary managements to ensure that the requirements are met
∎ Make necessary managements to ensure quantity and quality of work
∎ Full-time work from home
∎ Work time: BD time 7 AM - 16 PM (Monday to Friday) with 1 hour break
∎ Weekly holidays: Saturday, Sunday
∎ Other holidays based on Bangladesh public holidays
∎ Those who are now in other job can also negotiate
∎ 日本の親会社とバングラデシュの開発チームの橋渡し役としての役割
∎ 親会社の管理職およびメンバーとコミュニケーションを取り、要件の把握や進捗報告、問題点の共有
∎ 要件をバングラデシュの開発チームに伝達し、要件が満たされるよう必要な管理を行う
∎ 作業の量と質を確保するための管理
∎ 日本語での口頭および書面によるコミュニケーションが可能な方。N１相当の日本語力 ※資格は必須ではないが、相当の日本語力を求む
∎ IT開発およびマネジメントのスキルと経験がある方（特にウェブ開発が望ましい）
∎ フルタイム、在宅勤務
∎ 勤務時間：バングラデシュ時間 午前7時〜午後4時（月〜金曜日）、1時間の休憩あり
∎ 休日：土曜日・日曜日
∎ その他、バングラデシュの祝日に基づく休日
