∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Must have Minimum JLPT N3 level Japanese language proficiency.
∎ Apparel/ Garment sector experience will be given preference.
∎ Strong Japanese communication skills, both verbal and written.
∎ Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Office and related software.
∎ Working experience in Japan is a significant plus.
∎ Knowledge of the principles and techniques of effective verbal and written communication in the English, Bangla & JAPANESE language.
∎ The person should have contained the personality of activeness and self-motivation.
∎ Age 24 to 40 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Translate and interpret between Japanese, English, and Bangla (both directions).
∎ Facilitate smooth communication between local staff and Japanese teams.
∎ Conduct online meetings with Japan office to ensure alignment on operations and strategies.
∎ Assist in factory management tasks to optimize performance and productivity.
∎ Maintain Email communication in Japanese Language·Ensure communication regarding quality standards, production processes, and compliance requirements between Japanese stakeholders and local teams.
∎ Assist in communication between Japanese teams and the local merchandising, production, and planning departments to ensure smooth workflow.
∎ We are hiring an experienced and skilled Japanese Language Interpreter. The ideal candidate will facilitate seamless communication between local and Japanese teams, conduct meetings with the Japan office, and assist in managing factory operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow in the Apparel sector.
