Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure (PCs, servers, networks, printers, CCTV, etc.).
Provide daily technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
Maintain, update, and troubleshoot the company’s CRM system and other business applications.
Perform basic coding tasks to manage CRM front-end and backend (bug fixing, feature adjustments, API integration).
Support and maintain company websites & web applications (basic PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Ensure data backup, system security, and user access control.
Work with external vendors or developers when advanced coding/customization is required.
Document IT processes, track system performance, and report regularly to management.
Educational Requirements:
B.Sc. in CSE/IT/EEE or relevant field.
Strong practical skills will be given higher priority than degree.
Experience Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in IT support, system maintenance, or software/web application management.
Freshers with coding knowledge and IT skills may also apply.
Additional Requirements:
Must have basic coding knowledge (PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Familiarity with CRM/ERP applications and basic database management.
Knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, LAN/WAN, router/switch configuration.
Problem-solving mindset, ability to work independently.
