Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure (PCs, servers, networks, printers, CCTV, etc.).

• Provide daily technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.

• Maintain, update, and troubleshoot the company’s CRM system and other business applications.

• Perform basic coding tasks to manage CRM front-end and backend (bug fixing, feature adjustments, API integration).

• Support and maintain company websites & web applications (basic PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

• Ensure data backup, system security, and user access control.

• Work with external vendors or developers when advanced coding/customization is required.

• Document IT processes, track system performance, and report regularly to management.

Educational Requirements:

• B.Sc. in CSE/IT/EEE or relevant field.

• Strong practical skills will be given higher priority than degree.

Experience Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in IT support, system maintenance, or software/web application management.

• Freshers with coding knowledge and IT skills may also apply.

• Additional Requirements:

• Must have basic coding knowledge (PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

• Familiarity with CRM/ERP applications and basic database management.

• Knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, LAN/WAN, router/switch configuration.

• Problem-solving mindset, ability to work independently.
