Job Context:
∎ Quantanite, Dhaka is looking for a competent IT Support help center Associate to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.
∎ An excellentIT Support help center Associate must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. They must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult customers.
∎ The goal is to create value for clients that will help preserve the company’s reputation and business.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
∎ Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
∎ Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person,email or over the phone)
∎ Setting up accounts for new users
∎ Manage different types of data, internet services.
∎ Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
∎ Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by users
∎ Provide accurate information on IT products or services
∎ Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
∎ Pass on any feedback or suggestions by users to the appropriate internal team
∎ Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
∎ Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, both on a proactive, planned, project basis as well as a crisis/problem recovery situation
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
