Educational Requirements:
∎ SSC / HSC Completed (Graduate, Honors / Master's passed candidates are not applicable for this position).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Observe the activities of the cleaners & monitor their work.
∎ Observe the activities of the guards & monitor their work, help them if they need any support.
∎ Assist receptionists & provide support.
∎ Ensure clean desk, washroom, glass, gate, fan, AC, Admin room, conference room, floor.
∎ Distribute office supplies in designated areas.
∎ Check washroom list, AC, water filter, fridge, oven, coffee machine,
∎ Fill the coffee machine, change water filters.
∎ Provide coffee, snacks, lunch to upper management.
∎ Maintain contact with the support group of CRP (Electrician, Plumber, Security) for emergency and routine
∎ maintenance requirements.
∎ Observed the activities of the maintenance personnel during their presence at office premises.
∎ Inform Facility Management Team if anything goes wrong within the office premises.
∎ Lock doors, switch off lights, fans, AC, faucets, etc at the end of shift. Make sure all the laptops are
∎ Plugged off from the charging port after office hours
∎ Perform waste disposal as per policy.
