Job Responsibilities:
∎ System & Server Administration: Responsible the configuration of application-specific servers, including app servers, web servers, and database servers hosted on cloud and on-premise. Ensure that the servers are properly installed, configured, and maintained to run the application properly. Manage the underlying infrastructure, networking, operating systems, and server-level security.
∎ Environment provisioning: Handle environment provisioning and management, including the creation and configuration of development, QA, UAT, and production environments.
∎ DevOps Support: Implement and manage the processes and tools that facilitate software development, deployment, and operations. Work closely with developers to establish CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and manage the overall software delivery process
∎ Continuous Integration and Deployment: Collaborate with development teams to implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Assist in configuring and maintaining CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) and deploying applications to different environments, ensuring consistent and reliable deployments.
∎ User Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels for various systems and applications.
∎ System Monitoring: Implement monitoring tools to track system health, performance, and application metrics, as well as analyze logs, and troubleshoot errors or performance bottlenecks. Set up monitoring systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and implement log management practices.
∎ Database Administration: Handle the configuration, performance tuning, and backup/recovery strategies of database servers. Ensure that database servers are properly configured and integrated into the overall system architecture
∎ Infrastructure Scalability and Resilience: Apply principles of infrastructure scaling, load balancing, and fault tolerance to ensure systems & environments can handle varying workloads and maintain high availability.
∎ Backup and Disaster Recovery: Design and implement backup strategies to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery. Regularly back up critical systems and develop recovery plans to minimize downtime and data loss in case of system failures or disasters.
∎ Security Management: Implement security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls, to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, and other security threats.
∎ Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by users or detected through monitoring systems. Analyze system logs, perform diagnostics, and apply appropriate fixes to ensure system stability and functionality.
∎ Automation: Use tools like configuration management (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet) and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform) to automate system provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes.
∎ Collaboration and Support: Effectively collaborate with IT development teams to address their technical needs and provide support, streamline processes, share knowledge, and ensure smooth operations.
∎ Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and hardware or software installations. Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Previous experience on windows/Linux server for both on-premise & cloud platform like azure, google cloud, private cloud
∎ Certification: Microsoft, Azure, Google cloud (will get preference)
∎ Strong knowledge of server virtualization (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V).
∎ Should have knowledge on Cloud computing, AD system, Database, DNS
∎ Experience architecting an entire cloud environment including account structure and network controls such as VPN, Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), subnets, Firewall rules, and security groups
∎ Knowledge on LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, L2 & L3 Connectivity, VPN, Tunneling, and Internet connectivity products
∎ Disciplined and organized.
∎ Quick learner.
∎ Positive attitude

∎ Attention to detail
