∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the Team Leader in shortlisting suppliers/vendors for material supply and sourcing materials effectively by exploring the local markets.
∎ Work closely with cross-functional departments to identify purchase requirements, such as office supplies, machinery, refreshments or procuring supplies, food items, and branding items for corporate events, meetings, seminars, etc. Collect and provide cost-effective and quality quotations from existing suppliers or from competitive suppliers from the local market.
∎ Prepare purchase orders/work orders for purchases, follow up on timely delivery, and settle supplier invoices.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of all materials/ items/ services as per the requirement. Fulfill all inventory of products as and when required.
∎ Maintain/document suppliers' information, purchase records, and other relevant data.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Flexibility to work during weekends (if required) in an emergency.
∎ Disciplined and organized
∎ Target & deadline oriented
∎ Good negotiation skills
∎ Diligent and self-motivated
∎ Manage relationships with suppliers and other business units
∎ Resourcefulness and ability to multitask
∎ Positive attitude towards feedback and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
∎ Proficiency in using MS Excel and Google Suite.
∎ Internet browsing and researching skills
