Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be active, in good health and ready to travel and should be capable to work under pressure
∎ Responsible to deliver effective ICT services and support, including customized software and oracle database support (training will be provided)
∎ Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
∎ Ability to work with a minimum of supervision
∎ Good command over computer operation including Windows Operating System, Oracle Database, internet, e-mail, etc.
