IT System Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain the computer network and providing technical support.
∎ To ensuring the whole office run IT support smoothly.
∎ To set up and installing new computers, networks and software.
∎ To set up user accounts and profiles on the network.
∎ To troubleshoot PC hardware and related input output devices.
∎ Diagnosing and fixing network, hardware and software faults.
∎ Maintaining inventory of hardware and software.
∎ To execute other official task, assign by department head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Good experience on IT support.
∎ Good experience on access network.
∎ Must have good knowledge on computer operating systems and application software.
∎ Must have good knowledge on software & hardware of IT product.
∎ Should have certification of CCNA.
∎ Must have knowledge on PC motherboard, electronics devices troubleshooting.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Must be able to work independently or as team player.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
