Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
∎ Website, email and hosting cPanel maintenance
∎ Day to day IT support, OS installation, email configure, hardware trouble shooting
∎ Perform day-to-day software operations as per business requirements.
∎ Issue support tickets in case of technical problems
∎ Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
∎ Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
∎ Manage internal/external application upgrades, infrastructure operations, operational processes, and procedures.
∎ Maintain Attendance Time and Access Control Systems
∎ Install & Maintain CCTV systems

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications.
∎ Analytical skills to study problems and records and identify solutions.
∎ Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems.
∎ Ability to manage website, email, domain c-panel
