Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: - Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various online channels and networking. Utilize SaaS sales techniques and product demos to showcase how the software can address the prospect’s pain points.
- Product Communication: Simplify complex software features into everyday language that clients can easily understand. Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer accounts, ensuring consistent support and satisfaction. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, troubleshoot issues, and upsell advanced features.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of service with both individual clients and large corporations. Ensure contracts maximize the company’s earning potential while meeting customer needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and IT teams to improve product offerings and relay customer feedback. Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and other teams to optimize the sales process.
- CRM Management: Keep CRM systems up to date with accurate and detailed information about leads and customer interactions.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey product benefits and engage with clients.
- Sales Expertise: Proficiency in various sales methodologies, such as SPIN selling or Challenger Sale. Ability to manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and the ability to engage with both individual and corporate clients’ pain points.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
