∎ · Experience in software and IT product sales will be an added advantage.
∎ · Participate in marketing events such as seminars and telemarketing events.
∎ · Follow-up for collection of payment & Technosoft products.
∎ · Coordinate delivery schedules and delivery of software to the customer.
∎ · Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Meeting with daily, weekly, and monthly sales.· Meeting with clients virtually or physically.· Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through physical visits, cold calling, and networking.· Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.· Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.· Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.· Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.· Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.· Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.· Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.· Market visit to see competitor’s activities.Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.
