∎ Proven experience in network troubleshooting, PC troubleshooting, and Layer 1 support.
∎ Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and network hardware.
∎ Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software applications.
∎ Hands-on experience with cabling, patch panels, and network infrastructure.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+ or equivalent) are a plus.
∎ Proven experience in network troubleshooting, PC troubleshooting, and Layer 1 support.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches and branch offices.• Monitor network performance and ensure optimal uptime and reliability. • Assist in configuring and maintaining network devices up to layer 1.
∎ Provide technical support for hardware, printer, CCTV and software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
∎ Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and applications.
∎ Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on PCs.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve physical layer issues, including cabling, patch panels, and network ports etc.
∎ Ensure proper installation and maintenance of network infrastructure (e.g., fiber optics, copper cables).
∎ Collaborate with vendors and contractors for cabling and infrastructure projects.
∎ Respond to IT support tickets and provide timely resolutions.
∎ Document issues, solutions, and procedures for knowledge sharing.
∎ Assist in IT asset management and inventory tracking.
