∎ Age 23 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Configure, Install and maintaining of Operating System, computer hardware, networks & LAN Setup and necessary network cable alignment.
∎ 2. Experience in handling & troubleshooting of IP cameras, CCTV, video conferencing equipment, & access control devices.
∎ 3. Active directory server, Endpoint security, Outlook Email configuring and troubleshooting.
∎ 4. Inventory Management of Computer Hardware, Laptop, Printer, UPS, Scanner, Multimedia Projector and Various types of Software and operating system.
∎ 5. Communicate with different service providers/vendors/organizations and take necessary steps as per requirements.
∎ 6. Determining IT budget and equipment needs. Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
∎ 7. Work closely with the other team members with a positive team player attitude.
∎ 8. Provide desktop and Network support·
∎ 9. Support and maintain MS Server/Desktops/Wi-Fi Network Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops/Wi-Fi Devices.
∎ 10. Install authorized software to laptops and desktops.
