IT Support Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
∎ Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
∎ Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided to the users.
∎ Walk the users through the problem-solving process
∎ Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
∎ Provide accurate information on IT products or services
∎ Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
∎ Follow-up and update users’ status and information
∎ Pass on any feedback or suggestions by users to the appropriate internal team
∎ Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
∎ Educate the users & follow the IT Policy.
∎ Preparing the business cards designs and printing related task
∎ Maintaining company assets and creating emails and configure the emails to users.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have a proven track record, and should have an experience of around 3-5 years in an NVOCC/Freight forwarding/Logistics environment in IT.
∎ Diploma in Computer in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science.
∎ Good in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word & Outlook;
∎ Sound knowledge about inventory management process;
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali and English;
∎ Good analytical and presentation skill;
∎ Attitude to work with Team.
