∎ B.Sc in Computer Science/ Engineering from any reputed university (Flexible in case of relevant experience in IT of Call Center or BPO Industry)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA
∎ Training/Trade Course: Advanced Knowledge in Excel,Word,Visio
∎ Skills Required: Call Center Software, vicidial
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Data Analysis, IT System Management, MIS, Technical Writer Manual Writer, vicidial
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, ISP
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operation and Maintenance of Call Center Software (Vicidial)
∎ Integration between IPTSP and ViciDial software.
∎ Operate LAN for smooth OPERATION of Network Servers.
∎ Maintain users' profiles and shared-level access to the network.
∎ Manage different types of data, internet services.
∎ Depth knowledge of installation and configuration of ViciDial software, its network devices, and applications.
∎ Network Management
∎ Knowledge in using MikroTik/Cisco routers
∎ IVR Design and Implementation

∎ Age 23 to 45 years
