Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, Master of Science (MSc) in CSE
∎ CGPA minimum 3.40

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set up and maintain user accounts, Emails and Web Based Software on PC and Laptop.
∎ Set up new phone and voicemail for users in Cisco management console.
∎ Set up new computers for users.
∎ Troubleshoot computer related hardware and software issues arising per user.
∎ Set up and Maintain user computer data backup.
∎ Maintain file/folders permission on the shared-drive.
∎ Problem diagnosis and solve the problem.
∎ Email Server maintenance.
∎ Ability to review, analyze and resolve problem.
∎ Computer hardware - At least 5 years.
∎ Should have experience in ISP & IT handling.
∎ Efficient in Windows OS - At least 5 years.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work at night shift in Office as always.
∎ At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support.
∎ Must have knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
∎ Computer applications.
∎ Must have knowledge to handle software.
∎ Good typing speed in English with standard level accuracy minimum 35-40 WPM.
∎ Able to communicate through email, Zoom.
∎ Able to speak English with overseas office staff as well as clients.
∎ Good knowledge on MS word, Excel.
