Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Programmer Software Engineer, Computer Operating, Computer skill, Data Entry
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
∎ Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
∎ Providing technical support across the company
∎ Setting up accounts for new users
∎ Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Job Responsibilities:
∎ - Assist in developing all software of the company.
∎ - Understanding the company's every needs and development issues from the Technical end and making insightful reports on it.
∎ - Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues of our company.
∎ - Assist to implement LAN/WAN/Internet/Intranet connectivity for remote locations and design systems for those locations to maintain the entire internet/intranet from a central point.
∎ - Operation and maintenance of Call Center Software, CRM Software etc other software of every department of the company.
∎ - Installing, implementing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
∎ - IVR design and implementation.
∎ - Tech-Research, advise and assist to implement them for the company’s development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ - Basis knowledge in using MikroTik/Cisco routers.
∎ - Basic Knowledge in Network troubleshooting, network maintenance and network cabling.
Salary: Negotiable
