Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing, Implementing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
∎ Operation and Maintenance of Call Center Software.
∎ Depth knowledge in using MikroTik/Cisco routers
∎ Complex IVR Design and Implementation.
∎ Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues of our Company.
∎ Network trouble shooting, network maintenance and network cabling.
∎ Assist to implement LAN/WAN/Internet/Intranet connectivity for remote locations and design systems for those locations to maintain the entire internet/intranet from a central point.
∎ Organizes information by studying, analyzing, interpreting, and classifying data.
∎ Resolves retrieval problems by altering design to meet requirements.
∎ Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
∎ Prepares reference for users by writing operating instructions.
∎ Maintains historical records by documenting system changes and revisions.
∎ Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
∎ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Integration between IPTSP software.
∎ Operate LAN for smooth OPERATION of Network Servers.
∎ Maintain users profile and shared level access to the network.
∎ Manage different types of data, internet services.
∎ Depth knowledge of installation and configuration of ViciDial software, its network devices and applications.
∎ Network Management.
