Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Project Planning and Execution:
∎ Develop comprehensive project plans outlining project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
∎ Coordinate project activities, tasks, and milestones, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
∎ Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
∎ Lead project meetings, providing regular updates to stakeholders and team members on project status and milestones.
∎
∎ Resource Management:
∎ Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal project performance and delivery.
∎ Collaborate with resource managers to identify and assign project team members based on skills, availability, and project requirements.
∎ Provide guidance and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
∎
∎ Stakeholder Management:
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing concerns, providing updates, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
∎ Ensure effective communication channels are in place to facilitate collaboration and transparency among all project stakeholders.

∎ Quality Assurance:
∎ Establish and enforce quality assurance processes and standards to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
∎ Conduct regular quality reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
