Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies and process across the organization
Develop and enforce project governance framework, ensuring compliance with policies, procedure and industry best practices
Define project management templates, tools and guidelines to support project planning, execution and reporting
Facilitate project management activities, including project prioritization, resource allocation and capacity planning
Monitor project performance, track key metrics and KPIs and provide regular status updates and report to stakeholders and senior management
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure projects are aligned with strategic objectives
