∎ CAPM / PMP / ITIL / or relevant industry training / certifications will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishing ERP needs via business process analysis and consultation.
∎ Installing related ERP software & ensuring seamless integration with related systems.
∎ Performing diagnostic tests and resolving issues to optimize performance.
∎ Developing user-friendly functionalities and interfaces, provide technical support and required trainings to end user.
∎ Accurately estimate a variety of project tasks, understand and establish priorities,
∎ Writing customized programs (coding) and scripts, as well as configuring ERP applications.
∎ Timely status updates to management and related necessary stakeholders on project status.
∎ Managing the implementation, testing and go-live stages of the project.
∎ Timely escalations of any risks identified & plan to mitigate the risk and provide to resolve appropriate solution.
∎ Working closely with business functions to funnel and channelize requests to development teams.
∎ Work closely with business heads to enhance product requirements and resolve dependencies on tech teams.
∎ Day to day development and delivery coordination across multiple tech teams, and between tech and business teams.
∎ Anticipate issues or conditions that may impact the original estimate or project budget.
∎ Prepare Project Activity reports in a timely manner, document project meetings.
∎ Compile meeting minutes and project deliverables and any other related task with the project.
∎ Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree in CSE or in related field from any reputed public or private university
∎ In-depth knowledge of ERP development tools, coding languages, and business processes.
∎ Familiarity with best practices around successful software implementations
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5+ year(s) of practical experience in this field
∎ Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
