∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT Management, payroll management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must have good knowledge in IT & experience in payroll.
∎ Maintain and service of Desktop, Laptop & Printer, Wi-Fi etc.
∎ Maintain smooth operations of attendance devices.
∎ Install configure and maintain CCTV system.
∎ Maintain internal network, e-mail configuration in outlook & email server.
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
∎ Replacing computer parts and others hardware as required.
∎ Good knowledge in Hardware, Networking, Microsoft office, Photoshop.
∎ Prepare monthly workers wages sheet, over time sheet, bonus sheet, earn leave Sheet.
∎ Prepare daily attendance report, daily absenteeism report and submit to HR department.
∎ Maintain all employees, leave data and yearly leave assigned to individual employees for encashment.
∎ Responsible for all scheduled and unscheduled payroll actions and for compiling, computing and preparing other payroll related reports.
∎ Maintain all employees' data (General information, personal information, educational information, work information, Training information, Family information, etc.) to Payroll Software and update as and when required.
∎ To maintain rules and regulations of employees' compensation & benefits forwarding purposes.
∎ Provide necessary payroll-related audit documents as per industry and regulatory standards.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
