• Welfare, HR ,Social compliance and Administration background will be given preference.

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Welfare, compliance & Human Resource.

• At least 03-05 years working experience in Woven Garments Welfare ,HR& compliance

• Computer knowledge is must.

• Excellent communication & presentation skill.

• Excellent knowledge in English both written and verbally.

• MUST BE LIVING IN GAZIPUR FACTORY AREA.

Responsibilities:

• Training all employees and maintaining a register
• Helping all workers about leave and maintaining a register.
• Work to develop a worker-owner relationship and good communication.
• Work to get all types of employees right properly.
• Work to ensure good health and a safe environment in the workplace.
• Ensure childcare in the facility, lead baby-care personnel.
• To provide them guidance/assistance in availing Medical services, Housing, Education, Canteen facilities, and their legal assistance.
• Ensure all over welfare activities as per Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and Labor Rules 2015 & 2023.
• To advise and brief workers on the use of PPE, machine guard, sanitation, fire safety, etc.
• Involve in the manpower recruitment process and take new employees orientation
• Ensure all necessary benefits for getting all workers properly.
• Ensure no physical or sexual abuse in the workplace
• Ensure all employees' rights as per labor law.
• Take care canteen, childcare, water supply, restroom, and maintain a register.
• Counseling and motivate all the workmen regarding office discipline
• To maintain all compliance related training
• To maintain buyer COC & labor law
• Prepared floor for any kind of compliance audit as per buyer COC & standard
• Any other task assigned by management
