∎ Diploma in Engineering in CST
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Confirm smooth & efficient services that meets the expectations and needs of clients
∎ Computer hardware troubleshooting, networking, crimping, router configuration, printer repairing, DVR/XVR/NVR configuration, security device configuration, etc.
∎ Server management and maintenance
∎ Troubleshooting the problems
∎ Manage and configure monitoring tools
∎ Planning for operations and regular status reporting
∎ Will be responsible for individual and corporate level support
∎ Monitor and maintain client's support & services
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions within the time limits
∎ Execute and follow up customer issues where necessary
∎ Record details of actions taken
∎ Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
∎ Prepare and distribute activity reports to superiors
∎ PC Assembling, Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance
∎ Maintaining and upgrading account related software
∎ Set-up and maintenance of wireless & wire LAN, wireless router & switch
∎ Should have knowledge in all sorts of VIRUS removing techniques
∎ Knowledge in Network printer troubleshooting
∎ Monitor network / Provide timely reports of Network Performance and Failures
∎ Maintaining and upgrading of the existing database
∎ Dissemination of data management to the users
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication capacity in English and Bangla (Verbal & Written)
∎ Well conversant in MS office packages
∎ An amiable personality
∎ Must be a TEAM player with strong interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure
