Additional Requirements:
Prior experience in an IT support role.
Windows SQL Server, Office 365, excellent knowledge on Excel.
Good knowledge on CCTV system, Computer Hardware Troubleshooting, ERP Software, Expert in Online Meeting like as Zoom, IP Network, IT Support Service & Networking.
Hands-on experience with network devices like Cisco, MikroTik and Fortinet.
Sound knowledge of Wi-Fi routers and access points.
Proficiency in hardware/software troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of local networking, IT device/asset management and network monitoring.
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure proper maintenance of Server, Data Analysis, Deep knowledge on Network (LAN & WAN), Router, Switch etc. Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows Server, MS Office, MS SQL server, MS Outlook and POS etc.
Detection, removal and prevention from all Virus threat for all client systems.
Maintain current and accurate inventory of hardware, software and other IT related resources.Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving IT-related problems.
Ensure security of IT systems, including data backup, antivirus protection, and access controls.
Collaborate with other departments to understand IT needs and requirements.
Maintain liaison with IT logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery of the equipment required by business.
Ensure after-sales service of the equipment by the vendors as per agreement.
Sourcing new vendors to ensure cost-effective and efficient IT services and reduce dependency on the limited vendors.
Prepare weekly, Monthly report on IT system related incident.
