∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE,
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA, Cisco Certified Network Associate
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Graphic Design, Hardware & Networking, Web Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Networking device Monitoring, Maintenance, Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting.
∎ Local area network (wireless & wired) and Wide area network Monitoring, maintenance, configuration and troubleshooting.
∎ DHCP server and DNS server Maintenance, Configuration, troubleshooting and Bandwidth management.
∎ Company Domain renew, DNS management, Domain shifting, website maintenance.
∎ File sharing and Printer sharing for multiple user access within a Local Area network.
∎ Coordinate with Internet Service Provider for Smooth Internet service, Bandwidth upgradation and fault restore within a short time.
∎ Proper Maintenance, Installation, Configuration, Commissioning and troubleshooting of CCTV.
∎ Laptop, Desktop or Brand PC, UPS and all IT equipment's hardware servicing.
∎ Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of New connectivity, Extension change, parallel connection set-up of PABX system.
∎ Time attendance and access control device hardware & software Installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting.
∎ Microsoft Outlook 2016, 2010 installation, configuration and troubleshooting by remotely or on-site support.
∎ Proper hardware & software maintenance and troubleshooting of Photocopy machine, Printer, Scanner.
∎ Video Conference setup for Meeting as per management schedule.
∎ Graphics design related work like Logo Design, Certificate design, Photo editing, Letter Head Pad design, Business Card design.
∎ Proper Data Backup of end user PC as per management instruction.
∎ Different type of Open source and Premium Software installation, configuration, renew/activate and troubleshooting as per end user requirement.
∎ Mid-level Software design and development (If Assign).
∎ Microsoft Mail Server "Office365" configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting as per necessary (If Assign).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English
∎ Ability to multitask and priorities tasks
∎ Expertise in research work offline and online
∎ Able to work as a team
∎ Candidate have to possess positive work attitude, integrity, good manners/courtesy, etiquette and good interpersonal skills
∎ Candidate must be ready to work under pressure.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
