Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Law (LLM)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Enrollment in District Court
∎ Skills Required: Ability to work and deliver under pressure

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Familiarity with Maritime Law/ Admiralty Law, Banking and Corporate Law
∎ Have to be familiar with Dhaka District Court, Dhaka Magistrate Court and High Court Premises
∎ Experienced in drafting of regular court documents
∎ Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English
∎ Ability to multitask and priorities tasks
∎ Expertise in research work offline and online
∎ Able to work as a team
∎ Competency in computer literacy is mandatory; specially English typing skill
∎ Candidate have to possess positive work attitude, integrity, good manners/courtesy, etiquette and good interpersonal skills
∎ Candidate must be ready to work under pressure.

∎ Enrollment in District Court is must.
∎ Without District Court enrollment candidates are discouraged to apply.

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
