Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent degree / Graduate Diploma in ICT
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure all employee leave entry on payroll software.
∎ To confirm resign entry for worker & floor staff on software.
∎ Input new worker personal information on payroll software.
∎ To prepare check, verify & submit to the concern person for Attendance Summary of factory & Head office.
∎ Responsible for all data Download & Upload for attendance purpose through Proximity Reader.
∎ To prepared monthly workers' wages sheet.
∎ To prepared and provided monthly OT, Tiffin & Night Bill Summary.
∎ To prepared & print OT payment sheet.
∎ To prepared workers and floor staffs increment list & after approval posted its payroll software.
∎ Troubleshooting of all computers related issues.
∎ To prepared & follow-up of all IT related requisitions with Head Office concern person.
∎ Any other task assigned by management as and when required.
∎ Intercom maintain and Service
∎ Have strong knowledge in overall IT Service (Hardware, , LAN, WAN), IP CCTV, IP Camera etc.
∎ Install, Troubleshoot and maintain Operating Systems (Windows 7, 8 & 10)
∎ Maintain all IT equipment-desktops, laptops, printers, barcode printers, scanner etc. Troubleshooting and configuring office hardware including PCs, routers, switches, printers and other hardware peripherals etc.
∎ To prepare various document as per need.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
