Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure smooth operation of all IT systems, including computers, interactive boards, internet connectivity, CCTV, printers, and other tech tools used in classrooms and administration.
∎ Provide technical support to teachers and staff for multimedia presentations, smart classroom setups, and digital tools like PowerPoint, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
∎ Manage and maintain the school’s website, email, and online platforms, updating information, handling queries, and assisting in digital marketing efforts when needed.
∎ Perform regular system backups, software updates, and basic hardware troubleshooting, ensuring data security and smooth performance.
∎ Assist in implementing new tech-based systems, including school management software, student databases, and online learning platforms.
∎ Collaborate with the admin and PR team in creating digital content for school promotion and supporting IT infrastructure during school events.
