Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Deliver engaging and well-structured English lessons using PowerPoint slides and interactive boards, ensuring lessons are visually appealing and technologically enriched to enhance students' understanding of listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills as per the school’s curriculum.
∎ Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments that promote language acquisition, critical thinking, and creativity in line with modern teaching methodologies and school guidelines.
∎ Monitor and evaluate student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and maintaining detailed records of academic performance, attendance, and behavioral development.
∎ Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters respect, discipline, and a love for learning, ensuring all students feel encouraged and supported.
∎ Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support students' academic and emotional development, participate in school events and meetings, and contribute to the overall growth of the school community.
