Additional Requirements:
Master’s degree in English/Mathematics/Physics/ Chemistry/Biology with a minimum of a higher 2nd Class/Division or a GPA/CGPA of at least 3.00 at all levels.
– Minimum of 07 years’ prior experience in an English-medium school or Cadet college as both a subject teacher and a coordinator/vice-principal is mandatory.
– An O/A Level background, foreign degree, IELTS (minimum Band 7) / TOEFL (minimum score 90), will be given preference.– Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities & Context:
· Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation.
· Supervise and mentor teachers to ensure high-quality instruction.
· Monitor student performance and implement academic improvement plans.
· Ensure discipline and a positive learning environment.
· Coordinate between teachers, students, parents, and school management.
· Organize examinations, academic events, and extracurricular activities.
· Conduct teacher training and professional development programs.
· Maintain compliance with school policies and education board regulations.
· Assist the Principal in administrative and operational tasks.
· Prepare academic reports and present them to the management.
