Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct interactive and inquiry-based Science classes using PowerPoint slides and interactive boards, making scientific concepts clear and engaging for students at the primary/junior level.
∎ Prepare lesson plans, hands-on activities, and practical demonstrations aligned with the school’s curriculum to enhance students’ understanding of the natural and physical world.
∎ Monitor and assess student progress, maintain academic records, and provide personalized guidance to support students in achieving their learning goals.
∎ Foster a curious, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages questioning, experimentation, and respect for scientific thinking.
∎ Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, science fairs, and school projects, contributing to the academic growth of the institution.
∎ Actively participate in school promotion initiatives, including educational outreach, parent communications, and community events that enhance the school’s visibility and reputation.
