Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Computer Engineering (Govt./non Govt. Polytechnic)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day to day responsibility for the running, maintenance, updating and security of the overall Factory Information System application, Network System and other software.
∎ Document, implement and review the policies and procedures for the IT Department in liaison with HRD.
∎ Responsible for the basic routine maintenance and troubleshooting for all computer hardware.
∎ Liaison with external provider or vendor on major system problem occurrence.
∎ Schedule and provide training to IT staff or end-users on relevant IT system when necessary.
∎ Propose in system upgrading or conversion, when necessary.
∎ To perform any other duties as assigned by superiors.
∎ ERP System: Basic knowledge is needed and helping ERP administration.
∎ Monitor and analysis System from all perspective
∎ IT Support: Application Support (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook 365 etc.), Printer& Network Support etc.
∎ Video Conference (VC): Maintaining Video Conference system.
∎ CCTV: Maintaining DVR Server.
∎ PBX System: Maintaining PBX system.
∎ Troubleshooting- PC, Printer, Scanner, and new devices.
∎ Advanced Quality Graphics Designer & Digital Marketing Promoting Capability.
∎ Any kind of hardware and software support.
∎ Troubleshooting laptops problem.
∎ Troubleshooting and maintaining fingerprint / facial devices/ Biometric device etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Minimum 03-05 Years in Industry.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Hardware Engineer, IT System Management, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, graphics design.
∎ Provide hardware support to install & maintenance the company information systems.
∎ Ensure hardware system running in good quality.
∎ Must have good manner and patience to handle data.
∎ Must have good knowledge in English.
