Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in CSE/CS from any reputed university with relevant experience.
∎ Certification of CCNA or CCNP will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ The incumbent will be required to ensure best support and service activities of IT to its users for smooth operation.
∎ Job Location: Mirpur-1,Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ In line with the school's policy, develop and maintain the IT systems to ensure maximum availability and access and efficiency;
∎ Maintain all the PC and laptops in full working condition.
∎ Maintain, configure, service and repair all the hardware, such as PC, Printer, UPS Router, Access point, LAN, etc.
∎ Provide workable installation and configuration solution of software and hardware for users as per need.
∎ Ensure secure, including Antivirus solution, and back up of data.
∎ Provide best support service activities and ensure any IT service requests made by the users are dealt within a structured time frame.
∎ Ensure inventory of software and hardware for any emergency support and service through coordination with external providers.
∎ Interact and train the end users to use applications, Mail, etc.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Computer skill, Hardware & Networking, SAP BASIS Administration.
∎ You'll work as part of an IT team with Principal, IT coordinator, and teachers. You could also be asked to attend meetings to discuss the IT needs of the business.
∎ In-depth knowledge of all networks.
∎ Interpersonal skills and experience in presenting
∎ Problem-solving and project management experience
∎ Negotiation skills
∎ Team working skills
∎ Financial planning and budgeting experience
∎ Able to work independently.
