Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT System Management, Switches/ Routers
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hotel, Resort
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide effective IT assistance across all aspects of the business and will provide back up and support to the IT Executive.
∎ Responsible for support and maintain the computer operating systems and general maintenance of all IT-related hardware/software.
∎ Assist to install all hardware on systems provide required upgrades and manage all change orders and provide technical expertise for all manual product processes.
∎ Provide support to all IT systems and manage all requests for systems and assist to resolve all issues and perform regular troubleshoot on all network issues and analyze all system logs.
∎ Install all internal resources and analyze all software to ensure smooth working.
∎ Provide support to all IT Inventory operations and manage all products according to dept. requirements.
∎ Assist all team members in technical operations and ensure utilization of all tools efficiently and prepare all required repair documents.
∎ Ensuring security and upgrades are applied and kept up to date on desktops and laptops
∎ Antivirus installation to all desktops and laptops
∎ Trouble shoot, Fault-finding and solution provide to laptops and desktops
∎ Reporting to faults and maintaining logs on servers, desktops and laptops
∎ Completing internal user moves including phones
∎ Ensure all logs for equipment and users are maintained.
∎ Ensuring patches and upgrades are applied to Desktop, Laptop and all Hand held device.
∎ Ensuring all software purchased licensing is recorded and maintained.
∎ Escalate IT issues to the IT Manager where necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age 20 to 35 year(s)
∎ MCP, MCSA certification can add advantage.
∎ Perform basic administrative support duties as required to meet specific operational objectives
∎ Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the IT Executive
∎ Provide assistance as required to the IT Executive
∎ Provide assistance and support IT Team in IT-related matters
∎ Ensure that a high level of service and support is provided to all internal and external users.
∎ Ability to be flexible, self-motivated, positive, and respond to the dynamics of a changing environment.
∎ Must comply with all company procedures and policies, including company privacy and security policy.
