Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Front Desk, Front Desk Working Experience, Receptionist/ Front Desk
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hotel, Resort
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall Front Desk Management.
∎ To manage booking management (booking.com, agoda ,hotels.com, etc)
∎ Welcome visitors, keep their details and handle them in a professional manner.
∎ Provide information to callers.
∎ To manage sales marketing (online basis )
∎ Importantly manage reception cash (money management)
∎ Ensure reception area is tidy and organized in perfect manner.
∎ Skilled enough on Microsoft Outlook & Web Browsing.
∎ Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or electronic form.
∎ Ability to solve practical problems in situations where only limited standardization exists.
∎ Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
∎ Answer, analysis and forward incoming phone calls.
∎ Keep updated records of office visitors and visitors related work.
∎ Any other job assign by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years

∎ Minimum Height: 5'.2
∎ Must have good communication skill

∎ Pleasant personality
∎ Fluency in communications both in English and Bangla
