∎ Training/Trade Course: Advanced Knowledge in Excel
∎ Skills Required: Advanced Knowledge in Access, Advanced Knowledge in Excel, Advanced Knowledge in Powerpoint
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Data Analysis, IT System Management, MIS, Technical Writer/ Manual Writer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Call Center, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, ISP
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operation and Maintenance of Call Center Software
∎ Operate LAN for smooth OPERATION of Network Servers.
∎ Maintain users profile and shared level access to the network.
∎ Manage different types of data ,internet services.
∎ Installation and configuration of Windows Based Call Center Software, Vici Dial software, its network devices and applications.
∎ Network Management
∎ IVR Design and Implementation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ EXPERIENCE IN CALL CENTER IT ENVIRONMENT WILL BE PRIVILEGED
∎ Advanced knowledge in EXCEL, POWER POINT, ACCESS
∎ Highly collaborative and able to give/receive critical feedback.
∎ Highly motivated, reliable and hard working.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines and work in pressure
∎ IVR Design and Implementation
∎ Understand KPI calculations
