Job Context:
∎ MUST know VICI dial, it`s features and have ability to understand the algorithm of VICI dial.
∎ MUST have EXPERIENCE IN CALL CENTER IT ENVIRONMENT
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need 5+ year of solid experience with VICIdial Contact Center Solution
∎ Must possess sound knowledge of Asterisk Dial-plan, Asterisk Gateway Interface and Asterisk Manager Interface
∎ Must have experience in ACD, Complex IVR implementation and optimizing MySQL database performance.
∎ Must be knowledgeable in Asterisk Dial-plan, Asterisk Gateway Interface and Asterisk Manager Interface.
∎ Must know how to customize Vicidial/Go Autodial, implement new requirements from clients and maintenance.
∎ Must be able to Create reports using complex query from MySql, MSSql DB for Call center.
∎ Must be an expert with Asterisk based Contact Center Solution (including AMI and AGI).
∎ Must be an expert in Skill Management, Queue Priority, Queue Management, Predictive Dialer, API integration with core asterisk.
∎ Experience in Load Balancing and have good knowledge of SIP.
∎ Must know how to manage organizational IT inventory and monitoring all IT operational activities.
∎ Must know how to Install and Configure ADDC, DNS and DHCP server for different call center process in different network.
∎ Must know how to check system logs to take necessary steps to avoid any kind of system threats,
∎ Must know how to create organizational IT process for Standardization of business and operation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
