Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor in Computer Science/Engineering/ICT or equivalent from reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall IT infrastructure development related matter and SSK digital health care eco system. Responsible for maintaining and necessary up gradation of SSKMS.
∎ Find solution for the continuous operation of SSK MIS in collaboration with MIS DGHS in D43case of remote access to the server.
∎ Prepare training material and conduct training for relevant stakeholders.
∎ Staff supervision and monitoring.
∎ Solving any kind of technical problems during registration process.
∎ Monitoring and supervise SSKMS.
∎ Regular communication with Project Manager.
∎ Regular communication with Upazila IT officer and monitor their work.
∎ Directs and coordinates the local implementation of IT operations, projects, and programs
∎ Ensuring alignment of IT services with the business needs of the area.
∎ Reviews vendor contracts and coordinates IT purchases (hardware, software and services) to ensure effective deployment of solutions aligned.
∎ Participates as a member of the IT management team in planning, problem resolution, and reviewing department performance.
∎ Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Working experience in IT systems.
∎ Proven expertise in server administration of Linux based database systems and JEE applications.
∎ Expertise in management information systems and data management skills, preferably including HIS knowledge.
∎ Clear understanding on Object Oriented Programming, Design and Development in .Net Platform, C#, ASP.NET MVC with Entity Framework and PLSQL. RDLC Reports, MySQL Web Service, Web API. Understanding of Agile methodologies.
