∎ As the Quality Control Manager, Shared Kitchen; you will be responsible for the overall quality check of partner concept operators.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinates training and orientation for new employees and helps them become productive upon onboarding
∎ Ensures all users benefit from effective technology and efficient Internet access, and continually assesses needs and requirements
∎ Organizes support, troubleshooting, and repair for IT equipment and networks
∎ Owns the foodpanda employee IT experience in-country, ensuring that SLAs and CSAT targets are constantly met.
∎ Works with Infosec and takes appropriate steps to address security breaches if necessary
∎ Establishes relationships with technology and equipment vendors
∎ Manages a team of IT support staff, including education, training and career development
∎ Advises human resources colleagues on staffing needs and participates in the hiring and training process
∎ Manages departmental budget and tracks spending on equipment and staff
∎ Develops and maintains continuity plans to address local business continuity
∎ Has a thorough understanding of local culture and is active in seeking how technology enables business to go faster
∎ Project Management experience with office builds to help expand the business across the country
