∎ Preferred professional certification in MCSA/RHCE, CCNA/ MTCNA, PMP.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to instruct the company to implement and smooth functioning of an ERP system
∎ Provide ERP System training to the employees
∎ Ability to identity the gaps between the users and the ERP system and also acknowledge the software team and work together to improve the system
∎ Provide technical and strategic guideline so thatthe whole company runs smoothly
∎ Monitoring and maintaining the Networks, Computers and ERP System
∎ Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
∎ Provide technical support across the company
∎ Provide training to Junior IT team members.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
