∎ Minimum B.Sc. in CSE/EEE or IT-related fields from any reputed university.
∎ 3rd division or 3rd class in any exam are discouraged to apply.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Server, Storage, Security Solution & enterprise application installation, configuration and maintenance.
∎ System Administration Certification.
∎ Sound knowledge in Data Center Management

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To Manage/configure Server, Storage, PCs, Laptop, Backup & Environment Management and also Cloud Computing & Virtualization responsibilities.
∎ To ensure effectiveness of security solutions, including firewalls, endpoint security solutions and intrusion detection systems.
∎ Ensuring essential IT operations including operating systems, security tools, applications, email support, laptops, desktops, software and hardware.
∎ Inventory IT asset and vendor management.
∎ Install hardware and peripheral components like disk drives, printers, keyboards and monitors.
∎ Recommend, schedule and perform PC, hardware and peripheral equipment improvements, upgrades and repairs etc.
∎ Configure PCs and laptops problem, ticket resolutions and track problems using Remedy system/helpdesk system.
∎ Provide on call/over the phone support to end users for hardware, software etc. and engage technical resources for onsite support to resolve the issue if require.
∎ Perform day to day data center monitoring and ensuring data and system availability in DC & DR.
∎ Build relationship and understanding with internal stakeholders for efficient and effective support.
∎ Establish and maintain strong, strategic partnership with vendors and service suppliers.
∎ Implements appropriate levels of system security for PCIDSS/ICC /regulatory authority.
